High-frequency trading, arbitrage strategies, latency exploitation, and price-feed manipulation are strictly forbidden. Traders must engage in genuine market participation rather than technical gaming.

Unrealized losses on open positions are tracked continuously. A soft warning triggers at 1% drawdown, a formal strike at 1.5%, and five accumulated strikes result in account breach.

Repetitive, emotionally-driven trading aimed at recovering losses—particularly rapid re-entry into identical positions or instruments—is prohibited. The firm monitors for impulsive, revenge-trading patterns.

Systematic trading during off-peak hours to capitalize on wider spreads or price volatility is not permitted. A breach occurs when more than 20% of profits derive from trades executed between 22:00–02:00 UTC.

Instant Standard and Instant Lite programs prohibit overnight weekend positions unless an add-on is purchased. Evaluation-based programs allow weekend holding without restriction.

Using multiple accounts to hedge or offset positions is forbidden. Each account must operate independently.

Clustering multiple trades on the same currency pair or correlated instruments is considered high-frequency stacking and violates account rules.

Using unrealistically tight stops to mask oversized position sizes and inflate notional volume is prohibited. Traders must maintain realistic, proportional risk management.

If over 50% of your trades lack defined stop-loss or take-profit levels, your account may be flagged for gambling-style trading activity.

Algorithmic pyramid strategies that compound losses or exponentially scale positions are banned.

Opening simultaneous long and short positions around high-impact news announcements is prohibited, as it creates artificial trading patterns inconsistent with sustainable performance.

Accounts dormant for 30 consecutive days may be closed without refund. Once a trader transitions to funded status, significant strategy modifications are not permitted.
