By accessing PropFirmPickr you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use the platform. We may amend these terms; continuing to use the site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance.

PropFirmPickr is an independent comparison and review platform. We list, rate and rank proprietary trading firms. We are not a broker, dealer, prop firm or investment adviser. We do not hold client funds, accept deposits, or place trades on your behalf.

You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into binding contracts. Trading carries significant financial risk and may not be appropriate in your jurisdiction — verify local laws before engaging with any prop firm.

We earn a commission when you sign up to a prop firm via our links. We disclose this transparently because we believe trust is more valuable than a hidden referral. Our rankings, reviews and editorial content are not influenced by commission rates — top firms get top placements because of community ratings, payout reliability and rule transparency.

Nothing on this site is financial, investment, legal or tax advice. Reviews and articles reflect personal experiences and editorial opinion. Always do your own research and consult a licensed professional before risking capital.

When you post a review, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to display, distribute and excerpt that content on the platform and in marketing materials. You retain ownership.

You agree your content will be: truthful, your own, not defamatory, not infringing on any third-party rights, and not promotional spam. We may remove content at our discretion.

The PICKR code is provided "as-is". Discounts are subject to each firm's pricing changes — if a firm withdraws or modifies a discount, we update the listing as soon as we notice. We are not liable for any pricing discrepancy at the firm's checkout.

The PropFirmPickr name, logo, design, code and editorial content are the property of PropFirmPickr Ltd. Firm logos, trademarks and brand assets are the property of their respective owners and are used for identification under fair use.

The platform is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without any warranty, express or implied. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free operation, or the accuracy of every data point — we update rules, ratings and prices as quickly as we can but errors happen. Always verify on the firm's official site before purchasing.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PropFirmPickr is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages — including trading losses, lost profits, lost data, or business interruption. Our aggregate liability for any claim is limited to the greater of (a) USD 50, or (b) any amount you paid us in the prior 12 months (currently $0 — the platform is free).

You agree to indemnify PropFirmPickr and its team against any claim arising from your misuse of the platform, your user-submitted content, or your violation of these terms.

You may stop using the platform at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access for breach of these terms, or to comply with legal obligations.

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where PropFirmPickr is incorporated. Disputes will first be addressed in good-faith correspondence; unresolved disputes go to binding arbitration unless prohibited locally. EU consumers retain the rights granted by their home country.
