Trading accounts become inactive and are deactivated following 30 consecutive days without activity.

Traders cannot employ all-or-nothing trading strategies or practices that violate fair trading principles.

The average duration across all trades must be longer than 2 minutes to ensure compliance with risk management standards.

Rapid-fire order entry or spamming multiple orders within very short timeframes is not permitted.

News trading is exclusively available on Swing accounts. For trades entered within a 4-minute window around economic releases (2 minutes before to 2 minutes after), the trade must remain open for at least 2 minutes to be considered valid.

When a 6% trailing maximum drawdown resets to the initial balance following a 6% profit achievement, traders must maintain a profit buffer to continue trading on these accounts.

Consistently losing or risking 2% or more of account capital on a single trade or a cluster of simultaneous closures is prohibited.

Bulk passing or failing of accounts, rapid account rolling, and suspicious patterns of assessment completions are monitored and not permitted.

Qualified Analyst Accounts are limited to a maximum of $300,000 per individual trading strategy, where strategy is defined by the specific assets traded.

Copy trading is permitted on personal accounts only, with proof of ownership required if an Alpha Capital account serves as the copied source. This feature is available exclusively on MT5.

Funded Alpha Swing accounts have tiered maximum lot sizes: $5K allows 1.25 lots max, $10K allows 2.5 lots, $25K allows 5 lots, $50K allows 10 lots, $100K allows 20 lots, $200K allows 40 lots, and $300K allows 60 lots.
