When trading under the Instant Funding program, no single winning day may exceed 20% of your cumulative profits. Meeting this requirement is mandatory before you become eligible to withdraw earnings.

Algorithmic trading systems and bots are permitted provided you maintain ownership or possess exclusive licensing rights to the software you employ.

Copy trading functionality is available; you may mirror trades into your Tradeify account using third-party services only if you own the underlying software or have proper licensing.

All positions must remain open for a minimum of 20 seconds to discourage micro-scalping and algorithmic market-making strategies. Breaching this rule may result in immediate account closure.

Simultaneous long and short positions in the same instrument are prohibited. Traders must choose directional bias rather than offsetting risk through opposing trades.

Accounts unused for 30 consecutive days face potential termination. Maintain active status by placing at least one trade every 30-day rolling period.

When you request a withdrawal, your maximum drawdown freezes at your starting balance. Withdrawing all accumulated profits leaves no cushion against subsequent losses, risking breach.

Once your maximum loss reaches the starting balance, the drawdown limit locks in place and stops trailing with new equity gains.
