Firm Rules
Single-day profits cannot exceed 40% of your total account profit. This restriction applies during the funded stage for Legacy and Rapid programs, and throughout the challenge phase for the Bolt program.
The Rapid evaluation tier supports positions of up to 2 mini contracts and 10 micro contracts, establishing specific leverage boundaries for this streamlined program variant.
Trading activity is restricted when any futures instrument approaches within 2% of the CME price limit, preventing exposure during extreme market conditions.
Purchasing multiple Challenge accounts with the intention of rapidly cycling through funded phases—deliberately sacrificing some accounts while advancing others—is strictly forbidden and constitutes a violation.
Placing and immediately canceling numerous orders in the depth of market to artificially move prices, or coordinating trades with other traders to distort order flow, violates firm policy.
When 40% or more of total account profit comes from trades closed within 10 seconds, the account is flagged for excessive micro-scalping, which the firm monitors closely.
Bracket trading—setting predefined buy and sell orders alongside profit-taking and stop-loss levels to capture multi-directional moves—is an accepted strategy within the firm's guidelines.
Using excessive margin to rapidly inflate or deplete account balances through oversized, reckless positions is prohibited and subject to enforcement action.
Challenge accounts that show zero trades for seven consecutive calendar days are automatically marked as breached and deactivated.
Withdrawing 100% of profits triggers a hard breach because the maximum loss limit resets to your starting balance.
The Rapid program variant does not require any benchmark trading days, allowing faster progression once evaluation criteria are met.
