A single trading day cannot generate more than 35% of your cumulative profits at the time you submit a withdrawal request. This rule applies across your entire account history with the firm.

All programs prohibit trading within four minutes before and after high-impact news announcements. This protects accounts from volatility spikes that can exceed risk parameters.

You may copy trades between your own personal accounts or across multiple funded BEM accounts you control. However, copy trading during evaluation phases is forbidden, and each evaluation account must be independently traded.

Accounts are automatically closed if no trades execute within 30 days of purchase or after your most recent trade. This ensures active participation in the evaluation or funded stage.

Before withdrawing profits, maintain a cushion above your trailing drawdown level to prevent automatic closure after the payout is processed.

Risk on any single trading pair cannot exceed 1.2% of your starting account balance, inclusive of all commissions and fees.

Weekend trading is permitted during evaluation. In the funded phase, holding positions through weekends or market rollover periods exceeding two hours is prohibited, except in the BEM Classic Swing program where longer holds are allowed.

Opening numerous trades simultaneously or in rapid sequence that appears automated or non-discretionary is prohibited. This includes behavior suggesting systematic scalping without genuine trading intent.

Placing simultaneous buy and sell pending orders around the current price before major news to exploit volatility spikes is forbidden.

Oversized positions, repeated one-directional exposure, or attempting evaluation passage through only a few high-risk trades constitute prohibited behavior.

Opening opposing buy and sell orders on the same or correlated symbols—whether in one account or across multiple accounts—to circumvent risk rules or distort performance metrics is not allowed.
