The firm prohibits news-exploitation strategies like straddles and strangles. Tier 1 news events impose strict limitations: Pro Sim Funded and Rapid Sim Funded accounts cannot trade within 2 minutes before or after T1 data releases, whereas Flex accounts enjoy unrestricted trading. Non-T1 news may be traded only if aligned with the trader's established methodology.

During the challenge phase, traders in Rapid, Pro, and Flex programs face a 50% daily profit cap—meaning single-day profits cannot exceed half of the total challenge-phase profit. This rule does not apply once an account is fully funded.

Position limits vary by program. Flex and Rapid $25K accounts allow up to 3 minis or 30 micros; Pro $50K accounts permit 3 minis or 30 micros; Builder $50K accounts support up to 4 minis or 40 micros. Larger accounts scale accordingly.

Trading is halted when any CME-traded product approaches its price limit by 2% or closer. This protection applies to both simulated and live funded accounts to prevent traders from facing extreme volatility.

Algorithmic strategies and expert advisors are permitted provided they do not artificially exploit simulator fills. Live account automation must comply with CME regulatory guidelines to ensure fair and compliant trading.

Orders that breach the maximum contract limit for any single instrument are automatically rejected by the system. This prevents concentration risk and enforces position discipline across all account types.

All open positions are automatically closed at 4:10 PM EST daily. This rule applies uniformly and does not trigger account violations when the system-enforced closure occurs.

The firm operates a defined trading window from 18:00 EST to 16:10 EST (Eastern Standard Time), establishing clear boundaries for market participation.
