Under the Premier Plus plan with end-of-day and intraday drawdown rules, there is no profit split during the evaluation phase. Once you achieve funded account status, you retain 100% of profits.
The Prime tier offers no profit split during evaluation. Once your account becomes funded, you keep 40% of profits for the remainder of your trading lifetime with that account.
Prime evaluation accounts require just one trading day to pass. For simulated funded accounts, you must achieve three separate winning days with a minimum of $200 profit each day.
A trading day is counted when you place at least one trade during the window from 6:00 PM EST/EDT on one day through 5:00 PM EST/EDT the following day.
You're free to trade through any news event, including high-impact Tier 1 announcements, across all account types, provided you maintain appropriate risk management and position controls.
Automated and algorithmic trading systems are prohibited. All trading activity must be executed manually by you as the account holder.
You may manually copy trades between multiple accounts you personally own within the Funded Futures Family platform.
You can trade whenever markets are open, except during the 4:15 PM to 6:00 PM EST window. All open positions are automatically closed at 4:15 PM EST unless you close them beforehand.
Dollar-cost averaging is permitted as a trading strategy, but excessive averaging into losing positions simply to recover losses is not encouraged and may be subject to review.
Micro scalping is allowed, but at least 50% of your total trades and overall profit must come from positions held for more than 20 seconds to encourage longer-term holding patterns.
You must place at least one trade per week with a minimum 10-second hold time per account. Accounts inactive for two consecutive weeks are automatically closed and cannot be reopened. Contact support beforehand if you plan an extended trading break.
On simulated and live funded accounts, you cannot trade when a futures product is within 2% of its CME price limit. Failure to close a position during a price limit extension disqualifies your account. Monitor the % Net Change on your platform to stay compliant.
